01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry and at least 21 years old to receive or participate in age-restricted DYM Reserve service.

02Website information and inquiries

Website content is provided for general information and marketing. Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation, hold a date, establish a client relationship, or require DYM Reserve to provide service. Availability, pricing, staffing, equipment, travel, scope, and other details are confirmed only in writing.

03Proposals, retainers, and service agreements

Any event or venue service is subject to a separate written proposal or agreement. That document will state the applicable price, retainer, payment schedule, cancellation or rescheduling rules, responsibilities, and service scope. Published package details may change before a written proposal is accepted. Taxes, gratuity, upgrades, special staffing, destination logistics, and venue-specific requirements may be additional when stated in the proposal.

04Service conditions

All service is for verified guests age 21 and older and is subject to applicable laws, venue approval, access conditions, insurance requirements, and DYM Reserve operating standards. Coal-free electronic heating is the standard service model. Traditional coal service, when requested, remains subject to venue approval and applicable requirements. DYM Reserve may refuse, modify, pause, or end service when reasonably necessary for compliance, safety, equipment protection, or guest and staff conduct.

05Intellectual property

The DYM Reserve name, logo, visual identity, text, photography, graphics, layouts, and other website content are owned by or licensed to DYM Reserve and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, publish, sell, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

06Acceptable use

You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, submit false or unlawful information, impersonate another person, use automated systems in a manner that burdens the site, or use the website in violation of law or another person’s rights.

07Third-party links and services

The website may link to social platforms, form providers, or other third-party services. DYM Reserve does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
